WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Receptionist:
Checking the technical condition of properties and providing relevant information to different departments, updating technical reports.
Updating information on arrivals/departures.
Customer service, check-in/out, receiving complaints and requests.
Required skills:
English – intermediate level or above.
Excellent computer skills, MS Office (Exel, Word, Publisher, Outlook).
Сommunicability.
Ability to work in a team.
Presentable appearance. - Administrator:
Adding new information on the website/in the system.
Updating booking reports, providing relevant information to the accounting department.
Updating reservation calendars/price lists.
Compilation of inventory lists, updating owners’ reports and providing relevant information to property owners.
Required skills:
English – intermediate level or above.
Excellent computer skills, WordPress, Kigo, MS Office (Exel, Word, Publisher, Outlook).

ตรวจเช็ค และซ่อมบำรุงเบื้องต้นของระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบประปา ระบบน้ำร้อน ระบบปรับอากาศ
งานซ่อมบำรุงทั่วไปของวิลล่า และอาคารชุดที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยการตรวจเช็คอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ตามตารางที่กำหนดไว้
ประสานงาน ติดต่อกับผู้รับเหมาภายนอก และควบคุมงานจนแล้วเสร็จ
คุณสมบัติ:
เพศชาย อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจเช็คและซ่อมบำรุง ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีใจรักงานบริการ สามารถทำงานในภาวะกดดันได้ดี
มีความยืดหยุ่นในเวลาทำงาน อดทน ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์
สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
สามารถขับมอเตอร์ไซค์ได้
หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - ช่างดูแลสระว่ายน้ำ
มีความรู้ความสามารถในการดูแลสระ ทั้งสระระบบเกลือ และระบบคลอรีน
มีหน้าที่ทำความสะอาดสระ ตรวจวัดค่าน้ำ pH , คลอรีน ความกระด้าง และค่าเกลือ ดูดตะกอนสระว่ายน้ำ ขัดตะไคร่ ใส่คลอรีน และเคมีอื่นๆที่จำเป็น
รวมถึงดูแลระบบไฟ ระบบปั้มกรองสระ และระบบต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติ:
เพศชาย อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
วุฒิ ม. 6 – ป.ตรี ตามสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความระเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
ตรงต่อเวลา ขยัน อดทน มีความซื่อสัตย์
ถ้ามีความรู้เรื่องไฟฟ้า และมีประสบการณ์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - คนดูแลสวน
ดูแลสวน และต้นไม้ รอบๆวิลล่าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ตัดหญ้า ตัดแต่งกิ่งไม้ พรวนดิน ใส่ปุ๋ย รดน้ำต้นไม้ เก็บกวาดใบไม้แห้ง
ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของบริเวณสวนรอบๆบ้าน
รักษาความสะอาด และบำรุงสวนให้สวยงามอยู่เสมอ
คุณสมบัติ:
เพศชาย อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
มีความรู้เรื่องต้นไม้ โรคพืช และสารเคมีที่จำเป็น จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความอดทน ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลา - แม่บ้าน
แม่บ้านดูแล ทำความสะอาดวิลล่าและอพาร์ทเมนต์ ทำความสะอาดทั่วไป ดูแลวิลล่า และอพาร์ทเมนต์ให้มีความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
เตรียมบ้านให้พร้อมก่อนที่จะมีลูกค้าเข้าพัก ปูเตียง พับผ้าขนหนู
ตรวจเช็คความเสียหายที่เกิดในบ้าน และรายงานต่อหัวหน้าแม่บ้าน
คุณสมบัติ:
เพศหญิง อายุ 18 – 45 ปี
ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา
มีความอดทน ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ ตรงเวลา
สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
