* Bookings are non-refundable
* 50% is required upon booking
* Full payment is required upon check-in
* One month security deposit is required upon check-in. When this agreement end and no damage to the room, security deposit will be refunded. The resort will keep the deposit if tenant decides to check-out early.

* Bookings are non-refundable
* One month advance is required upon check-in and can only be used for the last month rental
* Two months security deposit is required upon check-in, when this agreement ends and no damage to the room, security deposit will be refunded.
